14-Day Change-of-Mind Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery or installation to request a return without stating any reason.

• Condition: For change-of-mind returns, the equipment must be completely unassembled, unused, clean, and in its original sealed packaging.

• Fees: The customer is responsible for the return freight shipping costs back to our warehouse. Original shipping/installation fees are non-refundable.

30-Day Defective or Non-Conforming Return Window

If the equipment is assembled and found defective, or does not conform to technical specifications, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full return or replacement.

• Technician Inspection: A specialized Sobek Sports in-house technician will inspect the unit to confirm the manufacturing defect or non-conformance.

• Zero Cost to Consumer: If our technician confirms a defect, Sobek Sports will cover 100% of the costs. We will handle the uninstallation, dismantle the unit, and cover the return freight shipping at no charge to you. You will receive a full refund.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original card within 7-14 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) or instant transfer payments will be refunded via bank transfer or verified Egyptian electronic mobile wallets (e.g., InstaPay).
