Shipping & Delivery

Because our fitness and sports products qualify as heavy freight items, the following location-based delivery conditions apply:

• Greater Cairo Delivery: Deliveries inside Greater Cairo are handled via standard scheduling windows. Our team will contact you 24 hours prior to confirm the exact delivery hour.

• Outside Cairo Delivery: Deliveries to other Egyptian governorships are subject to extended freight schedules and specific delivery days. We will coordinate a locked date with you. Extra delivery fees apply.

• Indoor Access & Safety: Regardless of your location, customers must ensure a clear, safe, and unobstructed indoor path from the delivery vehicle to the final installation spot. This includes verifying door widths, stairwell clearances, and elevator weight capacities.

• Site Readiness: Our specialized in-house technicians will bring the goods inside and perform the required installation. If the installation space is not ready, cleared, or safe upon our arrival, we reserve the right to drop off the goods at the entryway. Rescheduling an installation trip will incur an additional fee of [EGP 500 for Cairo / EGP 1000 for Outside Cairo].

Failed Delivery Logistics Charges

• Inside Greater Cairo: A fixed failed-delivery fee of EGP 500 will be charged to cover the costs of transporting heavy equipment back to our warehouse.

• Outside Cairo: You will be legally responsible to pay the full, actual round-trip freight shipping cost incurred by our logistics team to transport the goods to your specific governorate and back.

Minimum 2-Year Statutory Warranty

All eligible heavy sports and fitness consumer equipment sold by Sobek Sports comes with a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers inspection, labor, and spare parts at zero cost to the consumer if a manufacturing flaw arises during normal usage.

Payments, Limits, and Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Online Payments: All digital payments are processed through secure, authorized channels.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available as a payment option but is strictly subject to a maximum order limit of EGP 5,000.

• Instant Transfers: For order totals exceeding EGP 5,000, you must pay via instant bank transfer (such as InstaPay or mobile wallets) immediately upon delivery.

• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud is suspected or if a COD order fails our verification checks.

Limitation of Liability

Sobek Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including floor, wall, or property damage during delivery—arising from the transport, indoor handling, or installation of our heavy goods by our in-house team.
